What we collect
We collect checkout and contact details supplied through our payment provider, the Google Ads Search terms report you voluntarily submit, the business context you provide, and service correspondence. Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, card details, customer lists, or sensitive personal data.
How we use it
We use submitted information to confirm scope, perform and deliver the audit, provide support, prevent fraud, reconcile payment, and comply with law. We do not sell customer files or use them to train public AI models.
AI-assisted processing
Avery, Yerington Works' disclosed AI operating system, may help classify and organize the content of the submitted report. Matt Yerington performs a human review before delivery. We limit processing to the audit's fixed purpose.
Deletion
Source files and working copies are deleted within seven calendar days after delivery, or sooner on a verified request, unless retention is reasonably required for a payment dispute, fraud prevention, or legal obligation. Payment and transaction records may be retained separately as required.
Service providers
We may use hosting, payment, email, and AI infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate the service. Their handling is governed by their applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Requests and incidents
To request early deletion, correction of contact information, or report a privacy concern, contact Yerington Works. We may verify the requester before acting.
