Privacy and deletion
We use your export only to complete and support this audit. We do not sell it or use it to train public models. Source files and working copies are deleted within seven calendar days after delivery, or sooner on a verified request, except records required for payment, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

If we cannot use the submitted file, we will ask once for a corrected in-scope export. If we still cannot perform the audit, we refund the $75. If a reproducible in-scope defect is reported within seven days, we correct it once at no charge or refund the audit when correction is not reasonable.
